Return to Galatians

Galatians video lectures

God is not up for sale. He cannot be bought, bribed, nor earned. Christians know this is the case, and yet, we often live like we must purchase his love—as though you get to earn God and deserve life with him. It is a Christian truth to accept that salvation comes from God and yet an all too common Christian tendency to live like it’s not complete on his terms alone.

Galatians declares the gospel on God’s terms. Within its pages, God makes very clear he will not allow his offer of life to be tweaked by good deeds. Your good works are welcomed by him but not as co-partners with Christ in salvation. To live like they are is offensive to God. Galatians is a work for today. It is God’s word for your life.
