CHRISTIANITY COURSE

Our Call

God’s people sent for His mission

Why does the church exist, and where do ordinary believers belong in God’s purpose? Our Call follows the missionary thread from Abraham, Israel, and the temple through Jesus, Acts, the worldwide church, and the hope of new creation.

The lessons show that God’s people have always been blessed in order to become a blessing. Worship, witness, disciple-making, service, and Spirit-empowered sending belong to one call: that the nations may know the true God through Jesus Christ.

WHY THIS COURSE

Find the church’s mission inside the whole biblical story

Mission does not begin with a program or a heroic individual. It begins in the heart and purpose of God, creates a people, moves across boundaries, and ends in worship around the Lamb.

By the final lesson, you will understand the Great Commission as more than one familiar passage and see how every believer can grow, serve, send, speak, welcome, and participate in the work Christ gives His body.

Ten lessons to deepen belief and practice

Lesson 1

God’s Mission and the Call of the Church

The church does not invent a mission for itself; God gathers a people to participate in the purpose He has revealed from the beginning.

Lesson 2

The Gospel to All Nations

Christ’s return directs the church away from speculation and toward a clear purpose: the gospel of the kingdom must be announced among all nations.

Lesson 3

A House of Prayer for All Nations

From Solomon’s dedication prayer to Jesus in the temple, God’s dwelling place carries an outward-facing welcome for the nations.

Lesson 4

From Creation to New Creation

God’s mission moves the world He called good toward the day when everything fractured by sin will be made new.

Lesson 5

Bold Witness: Speaking in the Name of Jesus

Peter and John face powerful opposition with a courage rooted not in personality but in the risen Jesus they have seen and known.

Lesson 6

Beautiful Feet: Sent with Good News

The message of salvation must be heard, and hearing requires ordinary messengers willing to be sent with the good news of Christ.

Lesson 7

Make Disciples of All Nations

The Great Commission gathers an ancient purpose into one enduring call: form obedient disciples among every people under the authority of Jesus.

Lesson 8

Missions and Worship: Why the Nations Must Hear

Mission is urgent because God is worthy: the church goes where worship does not yet rise so that every nation may delight in Him.

Lesson 9

Spirit-Powered Mission: The Gospel on the Move

Acts shows how the risen Jesus continues His work through a Spirit-filled church sent across geographic, ethnic, and cultural boundaries.

Lesson 10

Equipped to Serve: Every Believer’s Call

The series ends where Christian maturity becomes service: Christ gives leaders and gifts so that His whole body may grow and participate in His work.
