Bible Threads

The Bible is not a collection of disconnected stories. Just as tapestries are made from many threads, the Bible is one unified story unfolding through people, places, and events. Bible Threads help you follow that story step by step. Each thread connects a series of Bible Exhibits into a guided journey through Scripture, allowing you to see how God is working across time to accomplish His purposes. Start at the beginning of a thread, or jump into any moment. As you move from one exhibit to the next, you will see how every part of Scripture fits together.

What is a Bible Thread?

A Bible Thread is a carefully arranged pathway through Scripture. Each step in the thread is a Bible Exhibit that explains a person, place, event, or teaching. When placed in order, these exhibits form a complete story or theme from the Bible. Instead of reading isolated articles, you can follow a thread and watch the story unfold as it happened.

How to follow a Bible thread

The Bible Compass features key threads that connect stories, themes, and events. Choose which topics to unravel as you follow a guided tour of important Biblical concepts. Both the map and timeline will move to the correct location and time as you journey down a thread by pressing < PREVIOUS or NEXT > at the bottom of each exhibit.

All threads are adapted from the Bible Compass found on the Bible Ventures app
